Lately every single morning at around 10 am there has been real air quality issues that last for the whole day nearly. I do not know what is going on, but it is really horrible! I got so sick of coughing and choking as well as having issues breathing that I decided to try something. And that was going out and buying a few portable air purification systems. These will hopefully end up doing something to somewhat fight off this bad air quality air pollution. It is a toss up really because it is really bad. It will all depend on how powerful these portable air purification systems really are. I will not know until I try these for a few weeks on whether or not they are actually helping to clean some of the bad air quality that gets into the house. Time will tell. But because of all this bad air quality lately the stores actually put the portable air purification systems on sale. That is something that is not very usual. They usually do not have sales on portable air purification systems. That is something you just do not see happen. That should tell you how bad this air quality actually is for them to go ahead and do something like that. I do not know how long this bad air quality is going to last, but I hope that this trend will die soon somehow. Otherwise I may need to invest in a whole home air purification system for my home instead.

One way to always ensure good business is to always have great customer service.

Practicing great customer service is double important if you own your own business like I do. I am an independent heating and air conditioning specialist and I have no one working for me but myself. So I am the heat and a/c worker and the customer service all in one! I always make sure to follow one simple rule, and that is the customer is always right. Even if they are being stupid and annoying as ever and if they are totally wrong, you always act as if the customer is right. This is called good customer service. I know that may not make sense, but you have to sometimes bend backwards to provide great customer service, even if it means lying to yourself and others. I’m not talking in anything money wise, i’m just talking lying in saying that the customer is right even if they are wrong. This will make them feel good and keep using whatever service your business provides. In my case it is heating and air conditioning repair as well as installation. My independent heat and a/c business has been going for over 20 years now and a lot of that is due to the great customer service I always have provided. Good customer service means good business anyway you look at and no matter what your business is. If you always live by that rule and saying you will have a long lasting career in your company.

Back when I was a kid I was working on a farm with my uncle.

I have to tell you that it is not a fond memory at all.

I didn’t mind doing the work, but the thing that made it bad was that the air quality was always real bad. The whole entire area could have used a whole world air purification system. Yes, you read that right. Not a whole home air purification system but a whole world air purification system! The smell was awful and the allergens in the air from all the animals around there just didn’t agree with me. I ended up quitting because of this and my uncle totally understood. But as they say, it’s a tough job but someone has to do it, and I totally give hats off to those who work hard on the farms to bring us the great fruits, veggies and meat that we have in our stores. Without them we would not have all this great food. So I salute them!

I can not begin to tell you how much I love the place that I work at.

They make it so easy to want to go to work everyday.

So with the air purification system and the really powerful and great heating and air conditioning, this will make everything so nice in the building. Even nicer than it was before! They always want to make sure everyone that works there has the best indoor comfort because they actually care about their employees unlike many companies where you are just another working stiff number. I feel very lucky to work and make my living here. And getting the additional benefits now of the most up to date commercial heating and air conditioning system along with an industrial type air purification system, it makes it even better to go to work every single day of the week. If I could sleep here I would. That is how great the air quality as well as the heating and air conditioning is in this place! I would not want to trade it in for working anywhere else. My local heating and air conditioning company has been trying to sell their heating and cooling service plan to all regular customers this year. I did not go for it because I am pretty short on funds to be able to afford it. But I am very interested in this heating and air conditioning service plan. If they offer it in about 6 months when I will be a little better off financially I will take it at that point. Because the heating and air conditioning service plan that they are offering is a really good deal for all that it includes. It takes care of protection on your heating and air conditioning unit in case of damage from natural disaster and also gives you heat and a/c tune ups and check ups also included in the HVAC service plan. It is a really good deal as I was saying. I really wish I could afford to do it now because just by lucky there will be some huge storm that will destroy my central heating and air conditioning system. And at this point I would be stuck having to go into major debt of several thousand dollars to get a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system without the HVAC service plan. If I have the HVAC service plan they will replace the broken central heating and air conditioning system for free. One hundred percent without question. I really hope that I will be able to catch this HVAC service plan in 6 months when I can afford to buy it!

If you are someone who is on the go and in the car a lot like me, it is very important to always have your heating and air conditioning working.

Having your central heat and a/c working in the car is something not a lot of people think about.

But it is almost just as important if not more so than having the central heating and air conditioning system working in your house. I always have my heating and air conditioning in the car checked out at the beginning of every single season the same way I have my seasonal heating and air conditioning tune up and check ups at home from my local heating and cooling company. Except for your car you do not have the local heating and air conditioning company do it. They actually have nothing to do with the heat and a/c that is in a car. That is all taken care of by your auto mechanic. I have the auto mechanic check the heating and the air conditioning once at winter, once at summer and then again once at fall. By doing this it ensures that my central heating and air conditioning system in the car works perfectly while I am constantly on the go for work, business or general living. Not having proper working air conditioning or heating in the car can make driving really rough in the extreme weather times of the year. I can tell you that for sure because I experienced it one winter when it was cold and the heating was not working.

If it was simple and basic to run that would be one thing, but the fact that you have to jump through some hoops to get things like this work is what makes me say no way.

I really like things simple and to the point. And this is how I feel when it comes to the thermostat that runs my central heating and air conditioning system. I never upgraded to a digital thermostat and I for sure will never be buying a smart thermostat. I like my old dial thermostat just the way it is! And if my dial thermostat ever breaks I will find a way to get another one. I will never go for the modern ways of thermostats. This is simply because I do not like them. I may be in the minority but all of this HVAC technology advancement stuff really makes my head spin. It is probably because I am too old to hop on all the latest and greatest in HVAC technology or any other kind of technology. If it was simple and basic to run that would be one thing, but the fact that you have to jump through some hoops to get things like this work is what makes me say no way. People can think i’m crazy or a grumpy old guy, but this is how I feel and this is how it will stay for the rest of my life. I simply will not ever get rid of or stop using dial thermostats! Any central heat and a/c unit I have will always be ran by dial thermostats without a question in the world no matter what. Even if they stop making dial thermostats, I will buy them used if I need to. Dial thermostats are here to stay when it comes to my personal preference!

I recently upgraded the way I hear my home.

I had an old gas furnace and upgraded to a brand new and totally up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit.

The good part about this was that the heating and air conditioning company went and took away the old gas furnace for me with no additional charge! This was a deal they were running because I bought a central heat and a/c unit from them and also hired them to do the HVAC installation. This was a real sweet deal because usually to remove an old gas furnace would be a pretty high additional charge. I saved myself several hundred dollars being able to have them take away the old gas furnace for no additional charge. It is not everyday that you get a deal like that! Also the brand new central heating and air conditioning system that I bought from them was on sale too. So I hit everything just at the right time and saved a bunch of money upgrading how I heat my home. I had a standard air conditioning window unit for my a/c before this. So they did not have to remove or mess with another HVAC unit, which was good because for that I would have been charged. It is all about timing I guess. And it just so happened that I picked the right time to buy a brand new, up to date and on sale central heating and air conditioning system while they had this deal going on at the HVAC company.
