I have been thinking about the ductless mini split mainly for the Summer because we only have window air conditioning system units in the house
After our wife plus I sold our old home, we made a pretty good amount of cash from the proceeds of the sale, and something that I was thinking about right away was upgrading the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. The thing is, the home didn’t have both a heating plus a cooling system, it just had a boiler system, and our former home entirely had an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan with a nice air conditioning system plan plus gas oil furnace. Of course, our former home was a lot smaller plus it was easier to have low weekly bills, however with the new house, we were already facing higher gas bills, however it’s because of the sheer size of the site, but both of us have done everything to keep the weekly bills low by putting plastic on the windows plus sealing up all the doors. Both of us have considered upgrading the boiler to a more efficient boiler system, however the boiler does work well, so we will entirely hold off on that for a little while. Something that would undoubtedly work well for us though is a ductless mini split Heating, Ventilation plus A/C with multiple zones. These systems can go up to 8 zones which allows for ultimate comfort in a home with both heating plus cooling capability. I have been thinking about the ductless mini split mainly for the Summer because we only have window air conditioning system units in the house. But sincerely, the heating part of the ductless mini split might lower our weekly bills significantly. That would be nice. I suppose I will be calling the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company soon to see the costs of their ductless mini split systems.
