A few days ago marked the 3rd year I’ve officially had my heating and cooling supplier opened.
- I live in a tiny town where pretty much everyone knows each other, and word of mouth gets spread truly fast.
So I never had to use truly many ads to make my Heating plus A/C supplier well known! However, I couldn’t help but to wonder how much more business I would get if I took my supplier online. Right now, I don’t have a website, and I rely on all the people to command my services if they like my business, which works well for a small town. I knew that close to our small town, there was a larger city, and I couldn’t help but to wonder if I would get a ton more interest if I started advertising online plus getting some of the people in that city interested in my Heating plus A/C services. So, I finally decided since it’s been 3 years, it was time for me to go online. While I could have used an online marketing business, I decided to try to learn on my own first. While using a marketing business is truly pretty helpful, I suppose if I did enough research I would truly be decent on my own. So I did, I first made my own website, plus after that I started studying how I could attract people to my website. Apparently there were quite a few weird ways, one of the main plus most popular methods was SEO. Search Engine Optimization was a way to make your website more visible to any interested people, plus the nice part was that it didn’t even sound truly hard. Then there was PPC, pay per click, but I haven’t made it that far yet.
