Don’t want other people’s dirt in my house

I will admit I am a bit of a neat freak. I don’t like staying in hotel rooms because I don’t trust how clean everything is. When I bought my home I knew that the previous owners didn’t clean before moving out. I am guessing they took a broom and did a quick sweep, that is it. Before I moved all my stuff in I changed all that I was able to. I bought myself new, clean light fixtures. I painted over their gross walls and changed to a new toilet. I even bought a new sink, door handles, cabinet knobs and switch plates. Adding new HVAC vent covers was a must as well. After that, I cleaned everything that was not able to be removed. The floors and ceilings were washed. I cleaned all the countertops and inside the kitchen cupboards. The whole place smelled like bleach when I was done. The last step was I called in my local HVAC business to do their thing. I got the inside of the HVAC system cleaned, oiled and tightened. I didn’t want someone else’s hair, dirt and dust in my system. I also spruing for ductwork cleaning. Outdoor elements like sticks, leaves and dirt can get in there. Also indoor elements like pet fur, hair and dust mites gather in there. Getting the air ducts cleaned made me feel good about moving in all my stuff. Once I knew that my HVAC and indoor air quality was clean, then my belongings moved in. I now know all the dirt is my own dirt.
