Every year, I look for a deserving business to donate to, and this past summer, I found a small indoor comfort business to donate to… However, what fascinated me was the backstory of how the a/c business came to be, it all started with the founder at her mother’s garage… Then she was just 23 years when she decided she could run a business and grow it to become a renowned singer in her town. The founder had just graduated from the Institute of cooling industry and found himself jobless. To responsibly pass the time, she decided to help her neighbors with air quality. When she successfully carried out a/c service on her neighbor’s multi-cut a/c, she was also confident that she would help more neighbors increase the indoor comfort of their homes, then gradually she grew her confidence and l gained more about a/c and quality cooling systems… Then soon the founder, Mr, then Johnson, employed more a/c specialists to help him with the heating and A/C replacements. When the pandemic died, she opened a store at the heart of the neighborhood and employed another a/c provider to sell the few units she had gained, including all types of thermostats… After graduating as an A/C serviceman, Mr. Johnson has become the CEO of a growing dealer. The story inspired me, and I decided to invest in the business. A year later, I returned to find out how she had used my investment, and I was proud of him. She had started a training program so her novice employees would perfect their heating and A/C service skills. The first cohort had just graduated when I came back. I was also so impressed that I injected more money into the business. I am looking forward to seeing what she does with this money.
