I don't mind dealing with the angry customers

I don’t mind being the person that has to deal with an angry customer.

I would like to think that my Sunny disposition allows me to deal with customers in a unique way.

I always try to get to the bottom of the problem. I tried to listen to the customers when they have an issue that they don’t believe is being handled properly. Most customers just want to have someone listen to them and agree that the situation is terrible. I have been working for a digital marketing and Media company for the past two years. I’ve been working in the customer service division for a year. I like the digital marketing and media company and I’m happy to be able to work in the same field where I have a degree. There are a lot of marketing people that I have to settle for working in a job that is less than ideal. At the digital marketing company, I have to handle customer complaints. A couple of days ago, I received a call from a customer that has an HVAC website hosted by our digital marketing company. The guy was upset about some problems that did not seem to be an issue that was due to us. I tried to help that gentleman as much as I could. I was as friendly as possible, but he did not seem to understand that the digital marketing company didn’t have anything to do with the problem he was having online. The issue was probably due to the social media website.
